Arrange halved tomatoes onto a greased baking tray (use olive oil) and sprinkle with chopped basil, minced garlic, salt & white or black pepper.
After that, drizzle more olive oil over them and bake at 180C fo 30mins
After baking, transfer baked tomatoes & all of the oil in the pan into a cooking pot. Simmer them for another 30mins until tomatoes are tender (it should look watery when done). Add grated cheese to the sauce while simmering if a thicker sauce is preferred. Add more salt & pepper if necessary.
Heat some olive oil and add in minced garlic. Toss in prawns, squids & mussels. When almost done, transfer ingredients into tomato sauce & boil till done. Pour sauce over cooked pasta.
